RETURNS AND REFUNDS

30-day returns
You may notify us that you wish to return your order within 30 calendar days after receiving it. Email support@liorebrand.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return shipping costs to our return address in the United States. There is no restocking fee. We will provide return instructions by email.

EU right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. An unequivocal email stating your decision is sufficient; prior approval is not required. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. You may inspect them as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Missing packaging does not automatically remove your statutory rights.

Refunds
For statutory withdrawal, we refund the purchase price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees. For our additional 30-day return offer, notify us within 30 days, send the goods within 14 days of your notice, and keep items unused apart from necessary inspection. We refund eligible returned items within 14 days after receipt or proof of dispatch. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Email us promptly with your order details. We bear the necessary costs of remedies for defective or incorrect goods, including required return postage. Our 30-day offer does not limit the EU minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity or longer mandatory national protections. Repair, replacement, price reduction or refund are available as provided by applicable law.
