TERMS OF SALE

Products and orders
Product descriptions, sizes, materials, prices and availability are displayed on the relevant product pages. Please check the items and delivery address before placing your order. The checkout displays the total payable, delivery charges and applicable taxes before payment. An order receipt acknowledges your order; acceptance is confirmed when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, we notify you and refund any payment received.

Delivery
We sell to European destinations supported at checkout. Applicable delivery options, charges and delivery estimates must be shown before you place an order. Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed, EU orders must be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the contract is concluded. If delivery is late, you may request an appropriate additional delivery period and then cancel for a refund if we fail to deliver, or cancel immediately where applicable law allows. The risk of loss or damage remains with us until you or your nominated recipient receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently appoint.

Returns and refunds
We offer 30-day returns from receipt. See our Returns and Refunds policy for the procedure and costs. EU customers retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and all mandatory refund rights. The return address is in the United States; direct postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. We bear necessary remedy costs for faulty or incorrect goods.

Legal guarantee
EU goods carry a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity, and longer national protections where applicable. Our voluntary return offer does not replace or restrict these rights.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is used to process orders and operate the store. Optional cookies and marketing require consent where applicable; declining them does not prevent an ordinary purchase.

Consumer protection and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or imposes a waiver of remedies, statutory guarantees, or access to competent courts. Consumers retain protections under the mandatory laws of their habitual residence where applicable. Contact support@liorebrand.com about a complaint so we can attempt to resolve it.

Changes
The terms in force when your order is accepted apply to that order. Later changes do not retrospectively reduce your rights.
